The AVDIE Process

Reporting is also an area of importance in order for our clients to be clear about the return on investment from partnering with us. To this end we provide:
- weekly statistics about calling volumes and the outcomes
- monthly statistics with forecasting and ratios
- monthly P&L with ROI figures (this requires significant information from the client)
A lot of companies will draw significant conclusions from the ratios this produces and will drive major decisions about their company targets and forecasts however we go one step further to drive greater value to the bottom line.
