RJR Consulting was started in 2006 by Richard Rouse because of his total belief in the telephone as a key tool in any company’s sales and marketing strategy and because of total frustration at the poor quality of service delivered to Richard in 2006 as a buyer of such services.

“The person on the telephone is usually the first contact any prospect has with your company, so that call has to set the right tone in every way otherwise it will have a negative impact for your business. Simply playing the numbers game highlights the few successes but doesn’t take into account good quality data that has potentially been burnt.”

Due to Richard’s background in Learning and Development, the early days saw all clients come from this space but within twelve months and after several key relationships delivered significant ROI new clients started to come to us through recommendations. Within a short space of time we had developed a track record in several industries.
